Who is EJ?

Enjonette, best known as EJ, is an experienced professional based in Compton. Speaking & hosting is the way she is able to best express her thoughts to the rest of the world. She’s been fortunate to have her work featured in a variety of publications, and she uses this privilege as a way to inspire and empower others. EJ is an Mogul & Entrepreneur who partners with CEO's, executives and solopreneurs to grow their personal and professional connections human-to-human.

 

After spending nearly, a decade working in media coverage and event planning for multimillion dollar brands and startups, EJ know what truly drives business, sold-out events and interview coverage—and it’s not mastering the quickest way to the top. It’s how well you connect with the heart-beating people you’re trying to help and communicate your understanding back to them.

EJ has landed media coverage opportunities in print and broadcast outlets nationally and locally, including the Soul Train Awards, Bobbi Kristina Biopic, The Justice League and Around the Way CEO’s Podcast Series. EJ is the Owner & CEO of No Mask Events, an event planning & consulting company and is the Founder & President of Women Blessing Women Organization, a non-profit organization solely focused on creating an environment for entrepreneur women that is supportive, impactful, & rewarding. She is seeking to enhance the way women do business with each other. In addition to her extensive experience, she is a trained Speaker and Moderator.

EJ is currently the Producer and Host of Hustle Rehab Radio, a one hour live, interactive talk radio program that discusses the success and challenges of the everyday entrepreneur. Through on-air discussions with weekly guests, EJ gives listeners an in-depth, enriching concept of the entrepreneur journey. Serving as the voice for Women Blessing Women, Hustle Rehab is equipped to be a resource for real people who want a platform to gain exposure and share their achievements.

EJ serves on the Executive Leadership Board for Bloom, a mentor & leadership program along side the Mayor of Compton, Aja Brown, she is a member of the NAACP, Compton Chapter, and is an Ambassador for The World Networks, the official network of entrepreneurs worldwide. EJ was named as one of the "Black Women in Business 2017" who uses their platforms to give back to their communities and empower women.

 

She holds a BA in Mass Communications with a minor in Marketing from Cal State University, Dominquez Hills.
